British actor, Paddy Considine, has taken to Twitter to help spread the word about Irlen Syndrome for Irlen Syndrome Awareness Week (ISAW). Known for his work in such film and TV as The Bourne Ultimatum, Hot Fuzz, The World’s End, and The Suspicions of Mr. Whicher, Paddy discovered his Irlen Syndrome just last year. He has repeatedly given his voice to help raise awareness and educate the public about Irlen Syndrome and how it has affected his own life.
Today, Paddy spoke out to his Twitter followers, saying “My Irlen lenses are often mistaken for sunglasses, but they help calm my visual world.” This simple statement rang true with Twitter followers and sparked an active dialogue filling twitter feeds throughout the day.
We think Paddy’s face says it all! We’re glad your Irlen Spectral Filters bring that wonderful smile to your face Mr. Considine.
