VISA LETTER REQUEST

If you plan to apply for a B-1 or B-2 visitor visa to attend the Irlen International conference, you may need an Invitation Letter from the Irlen Institute, as part of your visa petition to the U.S. Department of State, https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/. To request an Invitation Letter to the Irlen International conference, please complete the VISA LETTER REQUEST FORM.

CANCELLATION POLICY

3-day conference registrations are not eligible for a refund. If you are no longer able to attend the conference in person, your registration will automatically be transferred to a video series option. 2-day general public conference registration is eligible for a full refund before June 1, 2024. After June 1, 2024, general public conference registration is eligible for a 50% refund. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to irlen@irleninstitute.com.
